My little guy is growing up. We just celebrated his third birthday. And I must say-he does seem like more of a big kid rather than a toddler, but I think that is mainly due to his big boy underwear (finally!!). He has turned into quite the pirate these days, as you will see from his pictures.

Bo Turned Three!!
My little guy is growing up. We just celebrated his third birthday. And I must say-he does seem like more of a big kid rather than a toddler, but I think that is mainly due to his big boy underwear (finally!!). He has turned into quite the pirate these days, as you will see from his pictures.
Breadsticks...Bonks...Bones
I have to backtrack a bit-sorry. We had a great memorial weekend, which we were able to fit in all sorts of fun events. Saturday morning we loaded up the car once again and Rylee, Boston, Grandma Jo, and I headed for St.George. We love it there for its change of scenery and of coarse-the sun (which was hiding while we were there). We drove into town and straight to Christensen's, our favorite clothing store there. For dinner we went to our usual spot-Pizza Factory. We love the breadsticks, or should I say the kids love them for entertainment purposes. The reason for the short trip is to welcome my darling (and I do mean darling) cousin home from a mission. We attended his ward on Sunday to hear him speak. He has grown up so much and we are so proud of him. Sunday we are back on the road for home. Nash had stayed behind with Dad to finish up some work. Travis had to teach YM that day and took Nash up to "Grandma on the Mountains" house to be watched. Little Nash decided to teach us a lesson for leaving him behind. He fell on the brick fireplace and got a big bonk on the head-he needed some stiches. Travis says it makes him tough (I am glad that it wasn't me there watching him get stitched up). Then monday we headed to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. We say many "bones" as Bo would say. It rained all day, but we tried to make the best of it. It seemed like a whirlwind of a weekend, but a fun one!

Disneyland!
We had such a great week at Disneyland. We planned it last minute and it worked out better than we could have hoped. The weather was awesome. The kids loved every minute of it-and so did I. It is a magical place. Thanks to Ashley, Kenedy, Grandma Jo, Jake and Chelsea for joining us and making it a trip to always remember.

Nash Turns One!

My baby turned one year old today! Where did the time go? He is a pure joy to our family. He smiles and laughs at everything we do. He has learned to go with the flow and finds joy in whatever we are doing. His favorite words are mamamamamamama (one long word), ball, and wow. He walks more and more each day. He loves his food. He sleeps like a champ. And he loves to give loves. What more could I ask for. Happy Birthday Nash!Wednesday, May 7, 2008
Toothless Wonder

My little girl is not so little anymore. She lost her first tooth tonight around 9pm. Sorry about the close up picture. She instantly got on the phone to call friends and family. She is so excited. It made me a bit sad to think that she is loosing baby teeth-time is flying by. She propably won't sleep tonight in hopes that she will actually see the tooth fairy, and the surprise under her pillow (no pressure)!! We love you Rylee.Monday, May 5, 2008
Happy Birthday Trav..

Travis celebrated his birthday last week, and for about 6 months now we will be the same age! Just a side note...Travis and I have known each other for over 14 years and have seen many birthdays come and go. We started early in the morning with a "mini" party (I love bdays to last all day long) with breakfast, presents and cards, and finished with dinner at Famous Daves with lots of family. We had a fun day with you Dad, we love you!
Girls, Girls, Girls...

I had to laugh today when I realized that Boston is surrounded by little girls his age, and they think he is pretty cool. This morning two of them knocked on our door and asked if they could go for a ride in his jeep, he replied with a sigh "Ok, let me get my crocs", as if taking these cute girls is some chore. He loves it, and better yet he loves to give them rides in his jeep. I will have to remind him of this picture when he gets his first date rejection.
